Hi Folks,

hope someone can help me out with my problem.

I am currently doing a walking character with sweats on his head. I implement the sweating thing by using the technique in the newtek tutorial.

When i start applying this sweating to my character (which is in motion mixer), the sweat particles just dont detect the collision with the head. I press the calculate button, and everything works fine. However when i start to render, it was as though i didnt do the calculations for the particle collision and the sweat particle just drop through the head.

Any ideas to rectify this problem. Is is something to do with motion mixer?

I like particles for some things. I find it easier in many cases to just use textures to get effects like that. Heres an example:

Did you save the particles motion to a file? LW can sometimes reset motion at render time for bizarre reasons. Save the motion, and LW will always keep the motion..
