View Full Version : HV Tickness, density and opacity values...

Hi I need info about HV...

Anyone here could explain to me exactly this parametters does?

When you animate the tichness (with a gradiant...) you got holes in the alpha. Exactly as the Dissolve parametter do... Is it normal???

When you animate the opacity (with a gradiant...) the RGB layer did not respect the alpha channel. Is it normal??? Ok it's could appear ok in digital fusion or combustion but it's harder to adjust directly in LW...

Can you confirm the bug?

Thank You

I suggest RTFM.......

It has all these cool pages, dedicated to teaching about thickness, opacity and hypervoxels, who would of thought... :)

"The Thickness setting, which defaults to 50%, lets you adjust the general heaviness of the volume. Higher Smoothing values yield less of a hard-edged look and volumes will appear more wispy."

I'll let you read the Opacity bit yourself, as it will tell you why you are having problems......
