I know there is a move motion path tool, but is there a rotate motion path tool?

Maybe, but I don't know where it is.

You can parent your object to a null though and then rotate/scale/move it.

thanks for response. yeah i can apply a null, but then object breaks from motion path at the keyframe I start mvoing the null at. also, path doesn't appear in the schematic as something I can apply a null to. animation is my weak point so this might be easily fixed, just not for me.

I'm having the same problem now. Did you find a solution?

I recall I found a pretty decent motion path plug in on flay. I then just kept adjusting my motion path in modeler. I think i was able to place a null right at the front of my object and twist it with that along the path. I'm not at that post house this week but I'll see if I can remember what the plug-in was (free though and pretty handy)

Plug in is called Trailer from dstorm. Works really well. Also some good documentation if I recall correctly.

Thanks Aaron! I'll give that a try!
