This thread
shows a work around for when morphs get thrown off after scaling the base object.

It would be nice if scale and rotation were automaticlly applied to endomoprhs. Perhaps add a checkbox next to relative and absolute when creating a new morph which could be turned off if you wanted them to behave as they currently do.

Agreed. It's not somethign you always want on, but it's not something you always want off.
