View Full Version : Is collision event broken in 8.3?

I used to be able to set up a collision plane and have an emitter object fly through it to generate particles.

I used the plane as a "collision FX" setting the mode to "event"

Then the ball in the scene was an " FX emitter" set to generate by "collision event" and the nozzle to "surface".

What am I doing wrong? I only want particles generated where the sphere polygons cross the collision plane

Don't think so. I've done that recently and it worked..

Hmm. seems to work when I don't use relativity to deform an object.

Sometimes You have to reboot. :D
