Has anyone out there done anything with creating a torrent of water running through a canyon or ravine? It seems HyperVoxels offers the best solution, as you want a fluid look to the water. First of all, how do you get the particles to "melt together" to form a river? I have added two dynamic behaviors to my canyon, namely, Collision and Gravity, to "squeeze" the particles together. If anyone knows a better way, I'm open to suggestions. Secondly, how do you get a realistic texture to the water with a whitewater at the head of the torrent so it looks like a river out of control, and not a refractive trikle? I would greatly appreciate any input from the forum.

check out www.tutorfx.com for a cool set of commercial tutorials. They are quite good and the price is reasonable.
