Hey, anyone seen those new citroen ads on tv?? Saw it for the 1st time the other nite and was wondering if anyone knows what they used to make it? Pretty cool ad i think

rendered in lightwave - i think the modeling was done in lightwave and modo ( or rather cleaned up i think they had 3d scans of the car to start with )

Yeah, looks great doesn't it... been on telly here for some time now though.

Now they have a new-ish one where the robot is limbering up... or warming down. Kinda like film sequels to me, they should have left it with the original and thats it.

Definitely rendered in LW, and to me it's one of the most polished CG ads on the TV. I like the credit card ones (capital one? or mastercard??... the ones with the crab in) we are getting here in the UK too, very well done!
