I have a scene with street lights. Each street light has a spotlight facing down towards the road. I'm rendering a frame to see what it looks like but the lights aren't showing up. The ambient lights are completely off and all the lights are at 100%. Is there anything I need to do to get them to show up? Please help! Thanks

Do Your lights have an Intensity Falloff? If so, make it bigger or turn it off.

Are you saying you can't see the light itself or is it not illuminating the scene? I suspect you mean you can't actually see the light. Lights aren't inherently visible, they just cast light.

Biohazard6,

Did you place the lights inside your streetlight? Try moving the spotlight down some, it may just show up for you. It should be poking out of the model somewhat.

Also keep in mind that with shadowmaps transparent objects cast "black" shadows too...so if it's inside a bulb or something you need either raytraced shadows or disable shadow casting for the bulb object.
