hey,
Ive got a basic Disc pipe model. its like a long poll. ive added like 3 bones into it. 1 bone, 2 child bones. i activate the bones, then the object turn 90 degrees. so i rotate the bones but the object wont deform, it only turen around and streaches all weird. can any one help me?

it may be worth posting a picture up so we can get more of an idea of the problem but it soounds like added weight maps light help.

Yea I second that we need to see your set up and more info.

One things to check is make usre you are setting keyframes at 0 for the rest position of the bones.
