View Full Version : Fastest way to edit multiple objects ?

I have a obj sequence of 600 objects. I need to apply the same surface to all of these objects. I'm hoping to avoid opening each object changeing the surface , saving and closing 600 times.

If they all use the same surface names you can edit by scene in the Surface Editor and it will assign the same surfacing details to all objects with the same surface names.

Yes this is true. because only the first object is loaded in my scene, (using object sequencer), the surface change is saved for that object (box001.lwo),but (box002.lwo) stays the same.

So I guess I'll just load all 600 into a scene make my surface change then, save all objects and presto chango it should work.
