Hi,

We are considering upgrading to 4.5. We'd like to be able to use the vga scaler out but still keep our dual-monitor workspace also. Is it possible to add a second (pci/pci-e) graphics card and route the vga scaler output through that while maintaining our original dual-monitor VT workspace on the original agp card? Thanks.

There is another thread, I forget the title, where a fella I believe named Imagodei(?) says he has a dual 256mb card, and a separate 64mb pci vid card.

He said the VT and scaler each run on one of the dual's outs, and although the VT's background does not show in the monitor hooked to the separate card, he can drag modules onto it and work with them just fine.

So I am guessing the scaler needs to be on the same card as the main VT out, but the separate third screen becomes your other VT work area.

Imagodei...? You out there?

OK here it is

Toawards the end.

How about a VIdeo card that is a Tripple Head card:
One that has 2 VGA (or DVI) outs, and the 3rd out as a S-video connector.

Can you use the Projector out to that? ...With the Down Stream Keying from iVGA?
Maybe a loophole to do iVGA DSK on a S-video output?
