I'm trying to make an animation with a comet, about 3-4 meters, impacting in a ground. There won't be any fire in the explosion, but I want a ring of smoke, stones, sand and dust flying up a few meters up in the air and then going down again. The camera-view will be about 40-50 meters from the impact.
I know, it won't be easy to make it good, but I have no idea how to do this. Anyone here having an idea how to make it good as possible?

Particles for the smoke and smaller debris, using hypervoxels to actually be the smoke, and small stones, and then maybe break up the ground with one of these:

and use hardfx on them to spray them out.

Ok, have checked about using Hypervoxels, that will work fine for my scene.

I'm now trying C4, I looked in the document but I can't find out how to start using it. I even don't know how to install the plugin. Any guide for this C4?

There is a .pdf document of the C4 plugins on the same page as the download itself:

There is also a .txt format one.

When I said "I looked in the document", I mean those two pdf and txt:)
But I would like a step-by-step-tutorial, from the plugin to a rendered animation.
