View Full Version : About Chris Olsen's 'Character rigging' tutorial

Hi all,
I've downloaded the (very nice) tutorial of Chris Olsen (aka iso) about Character Rigging.
You can find it in the contest section of LightWave site, then go to Winners of December 02.
My question is about the second movie, that about IK: I have not understood what Iso makes when selects a bone, selects the rotate tool, I see below the rotation value of that bone (that are greater than zero), then he makes all zero without any rotation of the bone, then makes a keyframe !
I have only understood this operation is important to not have gymbolock problem !
How is it possible ? How to make it ?
Thanks in advice,
The Dust
