Hi All,

I am wanting to replace my serial dongle with a usb one but seem to be having difficulty contacting Newtek. I have emailed support with no reply and left messages on the sales line. Is there some kind of magic I must perform to make this happen.

Any assistance is appreciated.

I am looking to upgrade my dongle as well as I have a parallel dongle. I want to know if I make the switch to USB will I still be able to use version 5.0 and 7.5, which are both still installed on my system. I can't seem to get a hold of customer support and I don't have the tech support number. Does anyone know if the new dongles work with older versions of Lightwave???
