Cant open iff files created by Unwrap in my newly bought PS CS2? Where can I find an iff reader?

If you have a previous version of Photoshop (I know that 5 can read IFF) you can copy the IFF filetype plugin and probably use that with your new version. I had to do this when I upgraded to PS6. No idea why Adobe would suddenly drop a file format though!

If not, Google search for ACDSee, a shareware fileviewer which is capable of reading IFF and saving out to other formats.

I found this link, which mentions CS2 supports the format, though you have to install it manually.

http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/331305.html

Check your installation disc, it should have the plugin buried somewhere on it. You'll have to manually copy the file over to the plugins folder and Photoshop should recognize it. I had to do this when I upgraded to v7 a while back.

I don't have CS2 yet, but in previous versions, it was hidden in the goodies folder.
