Is it possible to use a colormap to color hypervoxel particles? I don't see any options in the hypervoxel shaders tab for using colormap data.

Huh? Sprite clips? Other than that, HV's will only inherit particle colors. not really sure what your're trying to do, though.

How would I go about coloring the particles then. Can I make each particle have it's own seperate color?

you can fudge it somewhat with a gradient.

I believe if you create a sphere in Modeler and add a weight map to it you can customize the color to a limited degree with multiple layers of gradients. Although I think it only works with surfaces, I'm not sure.

I hope this helps.

Not sure if you want to color the HV surface or the particles themselves, but you can add an image to any HV surface, and if you want colored particles they need to be partigons; one point polygons.
