I am wondering how to create "lazy points" in Layout? Normally the all points of object are in "right" positions, no matter what speed and acceleration object has.. I would like to know how would you do effect where some of them are "forgetting" to move.. and in the next frames of animation they tries to reach "right" position.. The faster object moves the more lazy points shound be (staying in previous frame coords for longer)..

There's a .LS script called Lazy Points - from the LW help file:

Lazy Points alters time for the points of an object is affects. When the Lazy Points Plug-in is active for an object, the further its points are from the object center, the earlier in time they think it is. To put it another way, the further an objects points are from its center, the longer it takes them to move, rotate, size and stretch.

You could also try Inertia, which does a similar thing but with more control (lag rates, weight maps etc)
