HELP

We would like to have some customized templates made up with the script file for live switching on our tricaster. We would also like to find out how to do it ourselves in the future. Any Ideas would be great.

THanks

Paul?

Oh, sounds like it's time to post some instructions online. ;)

Let me get on it!!

In the meantime, here's the short explanation:
Each template is two files, one a graphic layer, the other is a text script that defines text variables, such as font, size, color, and position.

To save you a ton of browsing, here's the magic location for these files:

C:\TriCaster\
Skins\
BlackBox Desktop\
Live_Tab\
SetupTabs\
Overlay_Tab\
Main Area\
-ALL TEMPLATES-\

Paul--

Thanks for revealing the concept (and location on the system) of the Overlays. Now, what exactly do the parameters in the ToasterScript file mean? In other words, how do we define our own fonts, styles, etc. so we can cook up our own Overlays?

That's explained in the tutorial I'm working on, Stan. ;)

Way to go, Paul. I've had several of my TriCaster customers ask about creating their own templates using a favorite font, etc.
