Does anyone have any links to tuts for using Lighwave for 2D animation??? I'm new to Lightwave and we're going for a 2D look with 3D functionality. Alot of the anime stuff I've seen is really the style we're going for. Any help would be very VERY appreciated.

Here is a technique, that if used correctly, can give you good results:

http://vbulletin.newtek.com/showthread.php?t=33682&highlight=Sketch

Skim through the thread and you'll find a mini-tutorial on how to do it. Near the end of the thread there are a few good posts that really show off what you can do with it. If you go this route please feel free to post back here with any problems you have- and we'll try and find away around them.

On a small side note:
NewTek said they wanted to use my tutorial...but it's been months since I gave it to them...maybe they thought the technique was too...I don't know what...
