an .lwo file is a 3d object file whereas a plot file is electronic version of information sent to a printer/plotter. Unless you need a plot file for a 3d printer (very expensive item for making prototypes) then what you are asking doesn't make sense. A rendering (jpeg, bmp, targa ) file can be sent to plot file but you will need the printer driver for the printer you are sending it to to make a plot file or a generic driver id you are going to something like hpgl.

In Modeler, you can Export Encapsulated Postscript and save a Lightwave object as an eps file. Make sure the file is saved with the .eps at the end of the filename. Many plotter programs will recognize or import eps files. If you have access to CorelDraw, you can import the eps file and then export it as a .plt file from CorelDraw.
