Hi folks,

I wonder if somebody know why characters front and back polys render as they was not flat?

I enclose an image example.

Does sombody know how to get rid of that strange error?

Cheers

Select the t front face and select two points at the cross of the t and pres ctrl-l, this will split the face between those two points and should fix it.

Thanks! it works realy good.
But It feels strange that LW creates such strange FX and can not handle characters better.

Cheers!

Usually those weirdnesses are just display errors and don't render.

And sometimes if you merge the resultant polys (select them both and press shift-z) it'll keep the correct shape. I think it's just the way it displays in opengl (because Opengl only deals in tri polys (and maybe quads too), LW triples them in the opengl rendering and this can lead to them being drawn incorrectly)

Well, I have checked the rendering and, as Cman described, the error does not apear when rendered.

this looks good to me for now.
