modelling hand and bag is done. hand is made up of texture surrounding the bones . the bag is also ready.

have you had a look at the Zombie_Punch scene in the lightwave content folder, it has a similar rig.

My advice is to use Cloth/soft body dynamics and metalink (or hardlink). Please post an image so we can see the structure of the object.

Theres nothing to prevent it from being animated by hand with some bones inside the bag. You could also just throw IKboost on the bag (with bones inside the bag) and parent a collision primitive to the glove and then use the IKBoost dynamics.
