Hi Jen!

Haven't looked at your demo reel yet (I'm about to, I'm about to..) but the rest of the site looks great. Really professional and minimalistic (not a lot of flashy, distracting eye-candy.)

Have you considered doing an -on-line cartoon? Half the comics I read are online anymore: User Friendly, Real Life, /GU are sites I visit every day, and I'm always looking for new ones. From what I've seen of your work here, and my brief look at your "Lore" comic, you'd blow the others away. Although, it might be a step down from your current work. :p

Just got a look at the demo reel.. Waow. Really impressive. Where'd you get the music from? I like the way it builds up to bigger and better things and finally ends with the fight with wasp-man. You going to extend that animation?

Not yet...but I do have complete copies of my Pocket Editor mini-comic online for viewing:

The soundtrack to the Escaflowne (http://www.escamovie.com/) animated feature film.

It's from the Dan Dare TV show, so I only have the frames for that shot and not the scene files/objects. The entire shot is longer than it appears on my reel, though...I trimmed it to showcase the creature animation.

Hey Celshader ,

That's some very nice work ya got there.
I love how you managed not to make your reel overdone :) ,
It's very relaxing and easy to watch.

Bout the works;
I like your shading style very much. LW has some powerfull
celshaders, but it's hard to configure your shader to look
realisticly cartoonish if ya know what I mean. Ya did a great job on that.

I was very interested to see the soft body dynamics in your reel.
Not manny ppl dare to throw themselfs in that sort a work:)

The wasp anim was very smooth aswell, again not overdone and the movements were realistic enough to make beleive;)

Overall great job :D !
