View Full Version : When re-scanning plugins . . .

after a while my plugins folder becomes messy, mainly from free plugins and scripts from Flay.com that I've downloaded to see if they'll be useful.

so I'll have buttons all over my interface from past plugs, so I re-scan my plugins folder to 'remove' the ones I've deleted, rather than having to go through the list trying to remember what they where all called, but LW leaves the buttons there.

it would be great if LW checked the interface to flush un-loaded ones on re-scan.

there is a flush plugins button but that doesn't do what I need.

I can just clear my plugin list but that removes all the ones I do use too.

so what I'm saying is . . .

1) Re-scan plugins / lscripts folder to build new list

2) Check the new list with the interface

3) Remove any button assignments to plugins / lscripts that are no longer there.

:)

I would think you could delete the config files and then re-scan the folders; then getting back to where you started. Also, you can load a different configuration and use that configuration for testing other plugins/lscripts.
