thought I could call newtek for support. I was on hold 15 minutes, then at 12pm Central I was switched over to the "no one is here, leave a message" message.

I guess tech support ignores the calls in the phone bank when the clock strikes 12. Disappointing.

One simple question "Does Weight Vmap affect HV's at all?"
It's not working for me. I am on 8.2

Also, so much for BRDF. It don't work in the latest and greatest

you probably called when the Krispy Kremes came in. :D
As in everyones life, there are some things that take presidence over all other.
So I'm sure that if you held or called back they would have gotten to ya.

All that is speculation knowing how the Krispy Kremes fit into thier life schedules.

But I'm sure that there was something going on and someone totally forgot the phones when they hit the message button on the way to lunch. I haven't had problems with tech support in 14 years, but sometimes stuff happens.
They are usually better than other companies, but haven't you ever been asked to be put on hold and the receptionest accidently hit the wrong button and you were disconnected? Stuff happens.

Affect them how? I can't find any way to input WVM into HVs settings...

The BDRF shader works for me, but won't copy if you do a surface copy. You can copy it as a shader, but not within a surface.
