Does anybody feel un-convenient about this? I mean the aim I move the object's pivot point is to re-adjust it to a new position of the object. But if the Layout does the compensation to my re-adjustment of the pivot point, I can't easily locate the new position of the object's pivot point, the object is always moving when I am moving the pivot point.

YES! This is maddening. If you do it all beforehand (before you ever load it into layout) you have no problems. But heaven forbid you should need to go back in and adjust it.
