Im trying to slow down the rate at which the camera rotates around an object.

What i have at the moment is a really fast animation, and i want to slow it down without having to re construct all of the points for the cameras position.

Im trying to slow it down so that it plays in a similar way to when you preview the ani within lightwave.

Im using lightwave 3d 6

Thanks

OK, say you have a key at frame 30. Put that key at frame 120 (or whatever), moving all your keys to later frames.

When you say you want it similar to the preview, do you mean the motion is too fast when running it in layout vs. the preview? The preview should give you a good idea of what your final output will look like. If you just want your workspace to run at the correct rate, set the "Play at Exact Rate" switch in Display Options. Without this set, the layout window will run as fast (or as slow) as the graphics card allows and you won't have a true representation of what the final animation will look like.

If you mean that you actually want to slow the motion of the camera in your animation, use the "Scale Keys" function in the scene editor. This stretches out the object's (or in this case, the camera's) motion. Be sure to adjust your scene length accordingly.
