The v9.0 release of IFW2 Shaders includes a bunch of new stuff including an AO shader. Just tried it and it's very cool. Get that radiosity look without the radiosity hassle (and the render times).

Here's a very quick, and very poor example (enclosed). With rays turned up to 64 (from the default 32) this took about 90 seconds to render with Low AA. A slightly grainer version with 32 rays took just 50 seconds.

As a comparison, here's a skydome radiosity version that took around 2 mins 30. It's nicer of course, but a lot slower. (Also, I lose my nice shadows).

The v9.0 of IFW2 Shaders? Lightwave is not 8.2?
