I know it may take everyone a few days to get back to normal now that 8.2 is out but I have a sort of general question.

Modeling clothes, how is everyone doing it? I ask because I've been working for a while on a model and it's taken me a while to really get into the clothes. Personally I model the figure first (nude) then work out fron there so I have some internal structure to work off but I know some people model the clothes and figure as one thing. Just wondering how everyone else goes about it and if their methods might help me. What I've found helpful for clothing is patching a spline cage of my clothing (it seems to get more flow from the polygons rather than box modeling or building out a patch) and then adjusting from there. I've seen some increadable clothes modeled with beautiful folds and such and love the look and realistic-ness (pretty sure that's not a word) of them. Just though I'd bring up the subject and see if anyone's intrested in the dialogue
