i was doing some rendering and notice this black thing on the back of the car
do anyone know how to fix this?

kinda confuse what is happening

hi, I guess by black you meen the dark gray on the back ?

sorry, but your shader or your light setup is not very good ( your car looks too bright (white) on the side.

it seems that you use a strong light
Caution: there is different way to make a car shader and a light setup, but you can try this (for beginning):

put the Ambient to 0%
light to 0% ( you can add more strenght later)
use a plane as a floor ( not a box) put a dark grey ( 100.100.100).
background color to white.
Activate the background radiosity only.
make a render
For your car shader put a "flat shader" - no specular, no glossiness and a neutral gray color, no reflection.

make a try, if it looks good, it could be a good base to start.

put some specular, turn the light on to cast shadow, a bit of reflection around 20% ( maybe you put too much reflection).

And let's play ...

as I told you , there is different setup. Let me know if it works.

still got the black thing..... =.=

is there anything else that make this black lines?

Check to see if you have accidentally created any two point polygons during the creation of your model. These can be a cause of thin black lines in renders. The two point poly's may be sharing the same vertex's as the car body.

you're welcome, it's way better !! you are close ...
about the black poly ( james has right) maybe it's 2 lines poly .

open the statistic panels in the modeler:
check you are in polygon mode. and if you see there is 1 point or 2 polys then delete them.

But for me it looks that you use metaform and maube your points are not merged.

press "m" key, to merge your vertex.

if it's not working try this:

1)"merge vertex" ( tolerence 0 in mm)
2)"align polygon"
3)"unify polygon"
4)open statistic window
5)delete "1 polygon" and "2polygon"

tell us if it works

just have to fix the window and the lines of doors and other things
