Has anyone had the courage to actually try this update? I'm sitting here looking at it with great hopes. Steady the ship, stay the course.

I have LW 8.0.1 running on a 1Ghz PowerBook as a secondary system. The upgrade to 10.3.7 seems to have gone off without a hitch, though I haven't put LW through any real rigorous testing.

XBench showed a significant improvement in OpenGL and UI speeds, and the DNS resolving problem has finally been fixed for me! I can't tell you how sick I was of refreshing pages constantly.

If you want me to test something in particular, just let me know and i'd be happy to.

I installed it without a problem. OpenGL does seem a bit more responsive.

im probably gonna hold off, on upgrading cuz 10.3.6 broke Maya and it was a hassle downgrading back to 10.3.5 where im currently at

Judging from the threads I've read about it at Mac forums, it's the best upgrade Apple have ever released. I didn't hear of anyone having any trouble, really.
