Hi Folks,

I am going to try and create a christmas render, and I want a close-up of a christmas ball hangin from a tree. What I am wondering is what would be quickest way to model a christmas tree branch? It will be rendered quite close up so has to to look quite realistic. My main problem is how to model the pine needles. If I model 1, what would be the best way to duplicate it round the branch?

Any help greatly appreciated! :)

Might be worth you having a look at this mate.

Aaron did an excellent job with tree and managed to keep it nice and easy. Let me know if this is sort of thing you are after.

I really just want to create a pine needle and copy it randomly round a branch, is there an easy way of doing this?
