View Full Version : Weird blue wireframe in modeler?

Hi,

I've suddenly got these weird blue wireframe parts in my model that seems to screw up my modeling.

I cut/pasted a few polys from one layer to another for some minor editing, and when I pasted them back into the original layer the outline of the polys turned blue (as the others were grey). And now it seems as if I can't get them to blend properly.

Anyone else experienced this 'new feature'?

Thanks!

I haven't seen it, would it be possible to post a screenshot so we can see what yo'ure talking about?

Hello!
Seems like you have applied a Sketch- color to some of the polys.
You can set it in the Detail- Tab with "Sketch- color".

That's exactly what had happened. How I managed to do that I don't know, but now I know what to do the next time I unconciously apply sketch-color.

Thanks a lot ...

I've talked about this in another thread before. Using the sketch button changes all vertex lines to the same color, if nothing is selected. However by changing the sketch color in display options, you can set a different color for each object you create.
The sketch button, will change a single poly if selected.

Also note that you can select polygons by their Sketch- Color using the Statistics- panel.
