We have receintly purchased a Logitech Wireless Keyboard and mouse system for our Video Toaster(2) system. The keyboard will not allow us to enter text in the dialog box. It will let us enter it in the CG program. When we type into the dialog box, a yellow box appears aound the box we are typing into.

Please Help

You should try a search on the old forum. I remember someone that was having this problem.

It's possible you have capslock on.
I've been using the Logitech wireless for quite a while now with no problems. Things to check, try putting the receiver unit a little closer to your keyboard. It's possible you have it 'out of range'.

Also, have you installed the iTouch software? This may or may not alleviate your problem.

actually I have the same problem with the same logitech, wich works fine in any other use but t2. I can only give names by copy-paste-technique and I have no idea how to change that.:( But I remember it worked fine on 2k ( now using xp) What system do you use?

We're running Win2k. Hmmm, possibly they're not XP/T2 friendly?! :(

It seems to me that all hotkeys are working fine, but nothing else.
Is there a button to toggle?
the alias hotline used to say : read the f..... manuals!
But maybe sombody knows already, so I don't have to read the whole thing.
:p
thanks for support
