I think as one of my first projects it's a ****ed good one :-) but all comments are welcome.

Good start. You may want to enhance your wall and floor textures by adding more detail/specs of dirt/grime etc. to break up the eveness of the textures.

As far as I can tell there's a stand holding an hour-glass. There's a plate on the plinth that appears to read 'scenery'.

I tweaked the wall a bit, so it appears a little less bumpy.
Here's also a detail render of the stand, I reckon it was a bit hard to find out what was showing. The only thing that just bothers me are the acrylic (or glass if you want) plates protecting the hourglass on the stand, and indeed I may want to add some dirt or dust on the floortiles.

Very nice scene!

I think a basic Three-point lighting-set up, would increase
the 3D-feeling in the sceen. Now it`s kind of flat.

In this scene here, there is 3 spotlights.
All the models came with LightWave 8.
