1.i know that modeler has a build a mo cap skelegon rig..done that
made a lo rez sample character to use with it as well

2.in layout there's a bvh loader which creates a bvh skeleton and loads the motion onto it.

great........ :(

now just how do i apply that bvh file to the rig i made in modeler with the character i want to animate with the bvh file?????

this is doing my head in!

...in character studio it's a no brainer...load...done!
