i want to round polygons edges. I have used "extrude" (or boolean) on some of them and then rounded operation does not work at all on these polygons...
is there a way to prevent that problem?

Try merging points after the operation. You may also want to delete any 2 point polys.

in fact i've already done all these steps but that does not solve my problem.
when i try rounded operation the following message appears: "a selected point is not inside the surface of the selected polygon".
most of time i need to round polygons that have already been extrude before...
please help!

Hello guik,

If you have LW 8, then use the rounder tool.

There are two ways to use the rounder tool.

1) Select the poly/s then select the rounder tool, press the n key, enter values, then OK it.

2) Select two points on the same vertical line or two points on the same horizontal line, the select the rounder tool, press the n key, enter values, the OK it.

Hope this helps bud

Check each point for that poly. I think you have multiple points on top of each other. It may be possible that the points are far enough from each other that the merge command is not working.
