Has anyone else experienced this, perspective view refuses to show the transparency of an object. Both objects are exactly the same (duplicates), but the transparency of one eye will not show (I have hidden a segment of the polys to show what is happening). Works in other view ports and in LW. Is there a fix or is this another dark hole in the code? 7.5d, Mac OSX 10.2 Duel Gig.
Thanks.

Was it mirrored from the other object?

It may have been mirrored, how does mirroring create this anomaly?

No, didn't mean that. If you mirrored it, it should be identical, which means it would have to be some kind of video glitch, vs a surfacing or weird geometry glitch. Have you experimented with mirroring and copying the two objects to see what the new objects do?

Itís even stranger than I thought originally, I switched all viewpoints to perspective and it only happens in the TR viewpoint under perspective, all other viewpoints OK. Very odd. I think this is a bit of LW freak, black holes in the code.
