Fellow VT users,

One of the things that has been glossed over is the new integrated CG in VT[4] which is truly unbeleivably powerful and probably the biggest single change to VT-Edit since it was written. Bear in mind that this is just me playing around on my machine, and not really a "marketting demo" ;) Note that I animate individual page elements first, then go on to animate the entire page in 3D, including a RT blur-n-fade.

Philip has some proper demo video in the works.

ps. I uploaded a short demo of 4ch audio positioning as well.

pss. I actually digitized the screen using the new VT[4] VGA screen capture application - I just recorded the switcher output. As you can see it got a REALLY good frame-rate (30fps) even full screen ... far better results than I got with WindowMedia Encoder screen capture. A lot of the quality was lost in the conversion to WMV of course though :(

Andrew,

Use 2 pass vbr peak in WME and the quality won't suffer, plus you get really small file sizes.
