after baking an object,does lw still need my original maps?i baked a simple object with some uvs,then made a atlas uv for baking,which showed up in my files.then i moved my original maps out to another file.when i reloaded the scene,it asked for the orig maps.i pointed to the baked map.whats the proccess? thanks, scott

Well, you baked the stuff, but how does LW should know that you want to eat the cookies right now? Make a copy of your object, remove all the textures from the layers you want to add the UV to and use the image map/UV layer with your baked atlas map. Should be as simple as that?!

back again. how does the image size option affect the outcome.shows 512.
i measured 1 wall,and its 80m by 17m.should i leave it at 512?or will 1024 or bigger give a better outcome? scott
