Hi, i was folowing this tutorial on water

http://naalsund.lincom.no/getpage.php?id=15

But i cant figure out how to animate it. It says "To animate Ö. Create an envelope (under the Bump Channelís position tab), that moves the textures in the bump channel slightly on the Y axis during the animation!"

But i dont know what that means :<

Can someone tell me, Thanx

An easier way to do this may be to add a null object and reference your textures to the null, then animate the null.

There is a good (free) tutorial on making a stormy ocean here that uses this technique. You can extrapolate the changes you would need to make for a calmer ocean.
