View Full Version : Experience with Swift 3D? Go plug in or use thier program?

Hi, I have to make about 200 simple animations for use in flash. Single object simply rotated 360 degrees. They need to be flash movieclips with no background.

I am wondering if I should buy the LW plug-in or go with exporting 3DS files for use in their standalone program. Their stand alone program seems to be more advanced/supported.

Even in one of the reviews of the LW Plug in on thier own site it talks about it crashing.

Does LW export 3DS files with surface colors?

I am using LW 7.5 on XP.

Any thoughts or experiences doing such a thing?

I like the idea of the LW Plugin much better than the stand-alone APP (I bought version 1 of the APP and that was bloody horrible). The plugin version must be due for an update soon, hopefully. But I'd recommend trying the demo before you buy.
