Today was an amazing day! NewTek's owner Tim Jenison took a few of the staff on a helicopter tour of San Antonio!

He even practiced a few auto-rotations.. (This means cutting the engine and practicing an emergency landing!)

Check out the pictures!

Thanks! It was a blast!

That is one of the perks of working for NewTek.. You NEVER know what will happen next...

One minute I'm sitting in the office working on a Saturday. 30 Minutes later, I'm hovering above San Antonio in a Chopper!!

See Ya,
Philip

It's nice to know that nobody important from Newtek was risking their lives in a Helicopter with rotors disengaged... ;-)

How do you get the Heli off the trolley?

You fly it off/on..... it's actually pretty easy once you do it a few times.

Well...
If this is recent, I can't WAIT for LW 8.1. I sure hope Tim's working his magic to get more of the tools we DIDN'T get from Peter's team.

Great pics. Even greater if we get the goods. ;)

You guys live life.
