View Full Version : FX_MetaLink crashing

I'm trying to experiment with FX_MetaLink. If I understand correctly I can use bones to deform a low-poly cage object, and that cage will deform a high-poly counterpart. -like a lattice deformer.

I have attached my test scene and 2 objects; a simple IK rigged arm. The Sub_D model is a child of the cage model. When I try to add FX_MetaLink, Lightwave crashes every time. Has anyone had more success with this? Thanks.
