I'm beginning to think the same. Cars shouldn't be moving THAT fast. See if I can re-render tonight.

Not for my neighborhood, even though it's posted as 25. Nice work though.

**** teenagers and their fast cars! Ha! It looks good. I think the tree might need a little smoothing where it bends, it looks kind of sharp.

Area light & radiosity, WITH 2 BOUNCES!?!? Whats your render time like? What is your ambient light set at? I dont really see the nice shadows in the corners like you should be seeing with render settings like that.

Fast cars ! Young babes ! Yeah !!! No really I like it a lot, and this evening lighting is pretty cool ! If you can , try to darken the "2 women silouhettes" , the ones that are ready to cross the road... they look under sunshine, but the place where they are is in the shade... other than that very nice ! the cars go a little fast though .... ;) :D

Nice evening scene, i think you even can add a little more orange light. Are the cars remote controlled, i can see no driver inside, maybe thats why they are so fast :D

Thanks for all of the replies. Here's an updated render with the cars "slower". Added a little ambient orange, and attempted to paint some grass blades in the foreground in photoshop (need some help with that).
Render time is about 8 hours. (I set it to render overnight - gets about 22 passes in that time in FPrime)
Haven't taken the time to work on the trees yet - but I rotated the closest one to reduce the visible trunk bend a little.
Once again everyone - Thanks. - love doing this kind of work.

I would guess that maybe you're not bothered, but you're people look like cardboard cutouts (ie flat).

Like everything else though (although maybe thicken up those leaves on the tree on the left), and the cars look much better now they're not travelling at warp speed!

Adrian.

The second one looks great!

The people look 2d

the car on the bottem left still looks like they are very eager to get where it is going.

Awsome setting and idea!!!
