Have you already been to this page: http://www.newtek.com/products/lightwave/downloads/8ManualPDF.html? If that doesn't help you, please read on.

Since you don't have your location information filled in on the left, I'm not sure which one of these will apply to you.

If you are in North America, you can e-mail Customer Service directly at [email protected], or call them between 10am and 5pm CST at 1-800-TOASTER. That is the fastest way to reach them and resolve the issue.

If you are from outside North America, you will need to register your software and download the manual from the Customer Service provider for your area If this is the case, and you are not sure who to contact, send CS North America an e-mail, and they can tell you the proper location.

I think that posting one's serial # and license key on a forum isn't a very good idea... ;)

Whoever the moderator is now, needs to get this guy's SN information OFF the freekin' board !!!!!

Better yet...CUTTY, you need to use the EDIT function and CHANGE it...pronto!
