Hi, after doing an unweld, I want to select one of the new points; trouble is, because of the unweld operation, there are now two points there-- how do I select just one?

What I'm doing now is to move the poly that the point's attached to so that it moves away from its new "brother" . . .but sometime this isn't what I want to do. . .is there a better way?

Thanks,

Croc

Select a poly connected to the point you want moved. move the point with ctrl-t.

Done.

I can't beleive I didn't think of that, all this time I have been using the Jitter Tool to move the points usually about 100 or 200 mm.

You could also just select your points, then press 'i' to bring up the info panel where you can select the point individually by their numbers.
