Hummm... I think Newtek needs more animations for show on there video gallery page. I think perhaps a user animation gallery would be a nice addition. Maybe every 1 or 2 months they should have a vote for user animations to be added to the limited selection they have. I mean it only seams fair that the animation side should have as much to show as the still image side..... What do you all think?

I think this should be in another part of the forum, but as you've asked: Yes I agree - more animations Newtek please!!

Well I guess we can get off our a***s and create some anims for Newtek to put up!!

Right, where is that "render out an awesome animation" button gone? I thought it was next to F-9.....

For what it's worth, I will have my lil' skeleton gunner animation done soon and I promise it will make your dingaling suck back up into your body... It's giving me cold chills seeing it move with color and with good camera moves.

If Newtek hosted animations like this:

It would certainly sell a few boxes of Lightwave, I think. ;)

what i think newtek needs to do is actually tell us what lightwave was used for in there impressive list of movie credits because i suspect most of those movies used all the other competing software as well. eg, spiderman!

You fellas should really take a look around at the rest of the site:
Smallville, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Star Trek: Voyager, Star Trek: Enterprise, Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius, Unreal and Unreal Tournament (arch. modeling), Serious Sam (1st & 2cd Encounter Char Animation)...
I've heard unofficially that Tomb Raider and sections of Star Wars eps 1 & 2, used LW too.
