Well I ripped out my fairly new Matrox Parhelia dual monitor card due to soooo many Lightwave 8 crashes and now my system runs as smooth as silk. Only problem is .... I now must use only one monitor, which pretty much sux! Anyway, I thought maybe you folks could tell me what the best stable dual monitor card would be for Lightwave 8. I've heard one can just use two single video cards to achieve same effect. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

The most expensive nVidia consumer card you can afford with dual heads. Can't go wrong.

What do you think of 3D Lab's Wildcat Realizm 800 card?

I have a Wildcat VP 970 gathering dust in the closet because I replaced it with a Geforce FX 5900se.

Get the picture? ;)

Matrox cards are notorious for their poor OpenGL performance, even if you don't have crashes, you would be well served to purchase a new one.
