hello everyone, i am having a problem with my lights in a scene.

basically, the problem is that the further away my camera gets from the light source, the brighter they appear.

I think it has to do with the intensity falloff, however it does not seem to make any sense to me, as the manual does not explain this concept fully.

presently, i have lights that are animated to comer on and off, (randomly) and they each have lens flares which are also animated to go on and off randomly.

with my camera close up, they look wonderful however once my camera pulls back farther away they are intensely brilliant and i need them to appear the more or less how they look as they do close up, however naturally they must dininish as the camera gets very far away.

so then, how do i get around this?
i am somewhat new to 3D and so i imagine this may be a basic thing but it is new to me so i appreciate any advice, thanks.

:)

(I am using LWv7.5c)
